===== Graecross Industries =====

Graeme Stott founded Graecross, an importer and manufacturer based in Baywsater, Victoria, Australia (([[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bayswater,_Victoria|Bayswater]] is a suburb of Melbourne)) circa 1980.  Exceedingly little information is available, yet plenty of bicycle pictures can be found online and in current auctions, showing that Graecross was a popular brand within Australia.  It 1988 it was sold to Playcorp, perhaps after merging with [[malvern:start|Malvern Star]] and then [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pacific_Dunlop|Pacific Dunlop]] in 1992.  For most of this time, Graeme Stott remained a partial owner and manager of the brand.
